fantastic stay
perfect locationunique architecturecity balconyhelpful staff
the location is perfect close to the city center. the unique architecture is amazing with very large nicely decorated rooms. i enjoyed the balcony overlooking the city. the helpful front desk staff allowed early check in a feature i greatly appreciated.
i noticed the ac was very weak and this impacted my sleep. even with the window open it felt warm. the room felt stuffy and this impacted my quality of rest. i wish the ac could keep the room cooler for added comfort.

breakfast is a real pleasure with excellent quality food fully served. the lovely server was charming and a great ambassador. i found the bar amazing and the restaurant great for a quick breakfast.

the service was top notch with friendly and helpful employees. everyone went out of their way to get to know us by name. i received a warm welcome from the concierge. checkout was quick smooth and sincere.

Two ws from the motto whatever and whenever seem embraced by all staff. Guests' wants and needs are met throughout the stay. the hotel is well located and rooms are luxuriously equipped. the guest relations manager's email greeted me before arrival with questions on room preferences, expectations and any dietary restrictions. all i noted was dutifully followed. i am happy to have chosen this hotel for my stay.
i wasn't really given a satisfactory explanation about the cost. the reservation desk employee was hard to understand over the phone, and i could not understand her either.

my room was appointed to a high standard and everything still looks new. the room included a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with modern fixtures. the room also featured a well-stocked mini-bar.

I ate in the sushi samba restaurant. it was lovely, with excellent quality food. breakfast is a real pleasure, all requests met. I appreciated the excellent food quality. my server was excellent, a great ambassador.

this hotel's location is perfect and central. i enjoyed easy access to many different places. the hotel is connected to a mall and within walking distance to the city center. everything was convenient.

mixed feelings about this stay
weak acinconvenient bathroom
i had issues with the room's climate control , and it impacted my sleep. the ac felt very weak , even with the window open on a cool night. the room remained warm and stuffy. i also found the lack of a separate bathroom inconvenient , especially when traveling as a couple.
